Registration Dates
Author Registration Deadline (for all accepted papers): 6 March 2026 – 15 April 2026
Early Bird Period (for all): 10 February 2026– 15 April 2026
Standard Registration Period: 16 April 2026 – 16 May 2026
Onsite Registration Period: 17 May 2026 – 21 May 2026

Important Note to Authors
One regular author registration will cover the publication of only up to TWO accepted papers.
Each accepted paper will need at least one author to be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper. Papers which are not presented at the conference will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
Student registration does not cover paper publication.
For each additional two papers, another registration will be required.
Registration Types
Full Registration (IEEE or ISOCS member/non-member): Participants will have full access to the technical sessions and activities. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number.
Student Registration: Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible, you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.
Tutorial Only Registration: Participants will have full access to the tutorial sessions only. This registration does not include access to social events.
Accompanying Person Fee: Covers a name badge and 1 ticket for welcome reception on May 17, conference dinner on May 18 and a banquet on May 19.

- Access to the exhibition area.
- Conference Papers in USB.
- Coffee Breaks and lunches.
- Welcome Reception (1 Ticket) .
- Banquet (1 Ticket).
- Dinner (1 Ticket).
- Certificate of attendance (Electronic Version).
Full registration fee includes two year ISOCS membership, student registration fee includes one year ISOCS membership.

- Payments may be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY).
Full Registration
⚠️ Each paper needs to be associated with one full author registration at either IEEE or ISOCS member rate, or non-member rate. One full registration can cover only up to two accepted paper.
Invitation Letters
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf; therefore, please begin your visa application process as soon as you decide to attend ISOEN 2026.
If you require an invitation letter, please complete the required information in the conference registration system. An official conference invitation letter will be issued after your registration is completed.
Please provide complete and accurate information to avoid delays in the issuance of your invitation letter.
Please note that registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once an invitation letter has been issued.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to isoen2026@youngac.cn.
– For cancellations received by 15 April, 2026, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
– For cancellations received from 15 April, 2026 to 30 April, 2026, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% that will be invoiced as penalty.
– No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 30 April, 2026.
*All refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee.
