The International Society on Olfaction and Chemical Sensing (ISOCS) is pleased to announce that the International Symposium
on Olfaction and Electronic Nose (ISOEN 2026) will take place from May 17-20, 2026, in Chongqing, China.

ISOEN is the leading scientific conference dedicated to advances in artificial olfaction, taste, and related technologies. It brings
together researchers and industrial partners around the world to present and discuss the latest innovations in electronic noses,
electronic tongues and related sensors.

The conference organizers for ISOEN 2026 are Prof. Fengchun Tian and Prof. Lei Zhang from Chongqing University, who will
welcome participants to Chongqing, one of the most dynamic and technologically advanced cities in China.

Wolfgang Göpel Award

This prestigious award, named after Prof. Wolfgang Göpel, recognizes the best presentation at ISOEN 2026, honoring outstanding contributions to the field of olfaction and electronic noses.

 

Industrial Award

The Industrial Award is given to the most impactful work that bridges the gap between academia and industry, recognizing innovations in olfaction technology with strong industrial application potential.

 

Best Paper Award

The Best Paper Award acknowledges the most exceptional scientific paper presented at ISOEN 2026, highlighting groundbreaking research that advances the understanding of olfaction and sensor technologies.

 

Sniffest Award

The Sniffest Award is presented to the top performers in the Sniffest competition at ISOEN 2026. The competition will award First, Second, and Third prizes to the participants who demonstrate the most innovative and accurate olfactory sensing technologies.
