Young Professional (YP) Poster Session – Call for Participation and Presentation

Date & Time: Evening of May 17, 2026 (after the Welcome Dinner), 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Target  Presenters: Early‑career researchers – Master students, PhD students, Postdoctoral researchers, and Assistant Professors (APs)
All conference participants are warmly welcome to join the session.

To support and recognize young researchers, ISOEN 2026 introduces a dedicated Young Professional Poster Session on the arrival day evening. The session will last approximately 2 hours, and the committee will provide snacks,drink and beer to create a friendly, networking atmosphere.

How to participate

If you are an early‑stage researcher and wish to present your work in this session, please prepare a physical poster according to the requirements below.

  • If your submission has already been accepted as a poster presentation, you may use the same poster for the YP session.
  • If your work has been accepted as a lecture (oral) presentation, you are still welcome to join by preparing an additional poster that summarizes your work.

Awards & certification

Best poster certificate of YP poster session will be selected and announced.

Poster requirements & printing service

Mandatory poster size: 650 mm (width) × 900 mm (height)

Orientation: Portrait (vertical)

The conference offers an optional poster printing service. To use it, please upload your final poster file by May 10, 2026, 23:59 (Beijing Time) via:

If you do not use the committee’s printing service, you must print the poster by yourself and bring it to the conference venue.
